Outreach that comes from within

Supporting team members in need

The Compassion Fund is Asurion's in-house 501c3 non-profit, funded for employees by employees. It has provided hardship grants to team members in crisis since 2009, after Asurion formalized the assistance program and gained nonprofit status. The Compassion Fund continues to support team members in their times of need but has evolved to providing nonprofit community giving and encouraging volunteerism.

Making an impact in the community

We believe investing in our community and current and future workforce are part of our corporate responsibility and success—but so is giving back. With Compassion Forward, we can do all of this, as well as provide direct financial assistance to charitable organizations like Teach for America, KIPP Nashville, and the National Urban League. To learn more about partnerships, email CompassionForwardGrants@asurion.com.

Fostering opportunity for all

Compassion Forward can help employees engage with community partners and create meaningful impact through volunteerism. In 2024, the Community Resource Center (CRC) selected Asurion as the “Corporate Volunteer Group of the Year” after our team helped bring essential hygiene items to our most vulnerable Middle Tennessee neighbors.
